Shipping

Shipping methods and costs are calculated at checkout and will be based on the weight and size of the items ordered and where you are located within the United States (orders ship from Omaha, NE). Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours, but you will be contacted if there happens to be a delay. Transit time within the US can range from 1 to 10 business days. We currently do not offer international shipping. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit.

If you selected 'Local Pick-up' at checkout, you will receive an email or text when your order is ready for pick-up. Once a date and time is determined, the pick-up address will be sent. Please note that our pick-up location is in Omaha, NE.

We do our very best to ensure sturdy, safe packaging of all of our pieces, but in the unfortunate case of a broken or damaged good, a clear photo must be sent via email (contact@shopsasandrose.com) within 3 days of receipt. Instructions for return or exchange of the damaged item will be provided in a reply email.

Returns

It is our mission to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that some items don’t work out as planned. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges within 15 days. 



Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be returned unused in its original packaging and original condition. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Upon receipt and approval of the return, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied via the original method of payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed. If you are local to Omaha, NE, local drop-off is also an option for returns or exchanges.



Art prints, stationery and sale items are not eligible for return.

Yes! In the event you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please reach out as soon as possible as we cannot guarantee the availability of the alternate size/color.

Unfortunately all sale items are final sale, but in some instances we are able to make exceptions. Please reach out if you are unhappy with an item you have purchased.

In the event you received a gift you would like to return, we are happy to issue you a gift card for a future purchase.
