Shipping & Returns
Shipping amounts are calculated based on the weight and size of the items ordered and where you are located (orders ship from Nebraska). Orders normally ship via USPS within 1 to 3 business days of when the order is placed. Transit time within the US can range from 1 to 10 business days. We currently do not offer international shipping.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit. All USPS tracking inquiries should be directed to USPS customer service.
It is our mission to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that some items don’t work out as planned. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges. All returns must be delivered to us within 15 days of the date the order is received. Returns delivered to us after 15 days and up to 30 days are issued in the form of store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days of original order date.
Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be returned unused in its original packaging and original condition. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Upon receipt and approval of the return, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied via the original method of payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Art prints, stationery and sale items are not eligible for return.
To make a return, please email us at email@example.com for a return authorization. Please include your order number and the items that you wish to return.
We do our very best to ensure sturdy, safe packaging of all of our pieces, but in the unfortunate case of a broken or damaged good, a clear photo must be sent via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 3 days of receipt. Instructions for return or exchange of the damaged item will be provided in a reply email.
Product ImagesWe try our best to ensure that the product images on our site accurately depict the colors and unique characteristics of each item we sell. However, do to the variations in computer screens and lighting, we cannot guarantee that the images on your screen are a perfect portrayal of the actual product in real life. Furthermore, do to the handmade nature of many of our products, subtle variations occur and are not considered flaws.
Any item composed of natural materials, such as marble, wood, bone, etc., may vary slightly from the photo used on our site.
